Thank you for considering a donation! Your money goes towards the cost of a physical server in a REAL datacenter, as well as costs to upgrade that server and purchase forum software (and any related maintenance contracts).
Donators get access to special forums and account enhancements. We are constantly looking for ideas regarding donation rewards, however we CANNOT provide in-game items that would possibly unbalance any of our current hosted games.
Our overhead is low because the server is owned and maintained by one person. That one person has a family to feed though, so if that one person notices server costs eating into his family budget...that one person has to shut the server OFF. We've been on the interwebs since 2001, and we'd like to stay here until cars fly and the internet is a chip in everyone's head.
